With five sizes (from Toddler to Large Adult), three ways to cast on stitches, three ways to shape the thumb gusset, and a variety of colour combinations, every pair of these mittens is unique.
The mittens are knitted from the cuff up, using two strands of yarn in a DK or Light Worsted weight held together and 4.5 mm (US size 7) knitting needles.
With so many ways to customize these mittens, it is a great project for any knitter.
If you are a beginner, make these mittens in the easiest way possible.
If you are a knitter looking for a bit of a challenge, choose the options that use more advanced methods, and learn a new trick (or five!) quickly, on a small scale.
Happy knitting 🙂
