Nearly finishing Patterned Vest
I have enjoyed following the progress on the KnitAlong but was needle-deep in a vest that I started. Learning a lot on this one and it is a great opportunity to apply our lessons about patterns and chart reading...also correcting a cable cross mistake that is four rows down! In the beginning I read the text instructions a lot and then found that I preferred the chart and finally transitioned very comfortably into reading the stitches. I have vowed to complete this vest before starting a new project...(which will be a step up in building my knitting character). Pretty excited by the sock knitalong though since I have quite a few good sock candidates in my stash.

Sivey, your determination to finish a project before starting a new one is amazing! Such an inspiration! I am happy you like the knitalong and plan to make your own Pixel socks one day.
