One day, a lady came to a yarn store that I was overseeing at that time. She brought a gorgeous handmade scarf and asked me to figure out the stitch pattern used to make it.
She said that she tried to decipher the pattern but couldn’t. As she put it – “it is some kind of black magic“.
The scarf was knitted in a honeycomb brioche pattern, and I assure you, we don’t need black magic to make it.
In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to add this stitch pattern to scarves, blankets, cardigans and other projects knitted back and forth.
