There are several hundred tutorials published on this website. The easiest way to find a specific tutorial is to use the “search” function. Click the magnifying glass icon at the right-hand side of the main menu, type in the name of the knitting method or pattern you are looking for, and click search.
If you are a club member, you can browse the full versions of all tutorials at the Club Resources page.
Click the “LOGIN” button at the right-hand side of the main menu.
If you already have an account, type in the email address linked to your account and the password you picked when you set up your account.
If you don’t remember the password, use the “Forgot password?” link to reset the password.
If you don’t yet have an account, click the “Sign Up” tab. Then type in your email address and the password of your choice. Check the “I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” and click the “Sign Up” button.
The Library is free to all registered users. Simply log in to your account over here, and follow this link to view and download all resources hosted at the Library.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily set it up when you go over here and click the “SIGN UP” tab.
As soon as your order goes through, you will receive an order confirmation. The access instructions are in a PDF. Click the link in the “Downloads” section of the order confirmation to download this PDF.
Usually, the password doesn’t work because of the empty spaces around it. When you copy the password, make sure you don’t copy spaces before and/or after the password. Alternatively, you can type the password in.
The order confirmation is sent right after the order goes through.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your “spam” and “promotions” folder.
If the message ended up there, mark it as “not spam” to make sure your email server recognises 10 Rows a Day as a safe sender.
The direct download links to patterns and e-books are in the “Downloads” section of the order confirmation and under the “Downloads” tab on your “My Account” space.
The links do not expire. Feel free to download those files whenever you need them for as many times as you want.
The easiest way to retrieve the access instructions is to go to the “Downloads” tab of your “My Account” space.
If you haven’t set up an account yet, click here, then go to the “Sign Up” tab, type in the email address linked to your order(s), and a password of your choice. Then check the “I accept …” field and click “Sign Up”.
Once your account is created, all orders linked to your email address will show in the “Orders” tab, and all PDFs you’ve purchased will be listed in the “Downloads” tab.
An alternative solution is to search your email inbox. Once you find the order confirmation for the course / knitting collection, click the link in the “Downloads” section to download the PDF with the access instructions. Follow instructions in that PDF and let your new browser save the password.
Yes. Your membership is valid for 365 days from the day you sign up.
As a Club member, you can read and watch the full versions of hundreds of knitting tutorials and all patterns, e-books, courses, and recordings of live classes.
You will also receive a PDF version of each tutorial, pattern, and e-book published at the time when you remained a Club member. Those links are sent in the Club issue of the weekly newsletter. You are added to that mailing list automatically as soon as you join the Club.
In addition to that, you will have a secured spot in each live online workshop that takes place on the first Saturday of every month.

It does. You don’t need to worry that your membership will expire. Instead, focus on getting better at your craft with the help of everything the Club has to offer.
If you feel that you don’t learn anything new from the Club resources, you can easily cancel the renewal of your membership in the “Subscriptions” tab of your “My Account” space.
